Rev. +ΘЄΟΔⲰPA AVΓΟVCTA Theodora, on the left, standing facing, wearing crown with pinnacles and pendilia, divitision and loros decorated with a cross, placing her right hand on breast, and Virgin, on the right, standing facing, nimbate, wearing tunic and maphorion, holding between them labarum with pellet on shaft; M - Θ flanking Virgin’s head. DOC 1b. SB 1837. A bright and attractive piece. Faint marks and some doubling on the obverse. Extremely fine.
